    FCWI mother-baby home is specifically set up by Wenzhou Oriental Maternity Hospital for the full application of whole-process international maternity medical service concept. The new concept-FCWI-fully Care for Women and Infants, is a kind of whole-process international maternity medical service concept from Singapore, which regards a pregnant woman as a healthy person, teaches her medical health knowledge during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, laboring, childbirth, and post-natal, as well as post-natal infant care, custody, a series of maternal and child health care processes and medical treatment path, to design and care in a scientific, comprehensive and systematic way. It is not only renowned in Asia, but also widely promoted and utilized in Europe and the United States.
    A series of sites for mother-and-baby health care are established, such as: the University of mother-to-be and father-to-be, baby caring oxygen bar, gymnasiums for bodybuilding after delivery, baby SPA gymnasiums, etc., which provide health guidance such as prenatal genetic counseling, healthy birth &child care detection, four-dimensional color dynamic ultrasound screening.
